Split the group into teams of approx. 5 people. Appoint one team captain per team who downloads our app.
An energetic presentation of the activity is given by our host.
The team captain scans a QR code which gives the teams access to the game. In the app the teams will get a map with different hotspots to visit.
2. Play
Now the teams are up and playing. The teams have to physically walk to the different hotspots in order to unlock new challenges.
Every team chooses freely which hotspots to go to, and which tasks to complete. All teams do what they have time to do during the allotted game time.
3. Wrap-up
When the game time is up, the participants gather again for a wrap-up.
Our host shows highlights from the activity and reveals the winning team.

What do we need to prepare before an activity?
Split the group into teams of approx. 5 people. Appoint one team captain per team who downloads our app.
What is the difference between having a Host or Self-Managed?
With an On-Site or Remote Host, we take care of everything, from introduction to the wrap-up.
In the Self-Managed, you play by yourself and will receive the necessary introductions. Support via phone included.
How large is the game area?
A good reference is the Old Town in Stockholm, as an example of an area. Our groups walk approx. 3 km during an activity.
Is it possible to set the game up as a route, from the office to the restaurant?
The activity can be started from the office and finished at a restaurant, for example. In that case, we need addresses for both start and finish.
Can we customise an entirely own activity?
Yes. We work with several customers who build their own customised concepts.
We are at a conference far outside the city, does it still work?
In the city, out in nature or at the beach. As long as we get an address you can choose freely where to play.
Is it possible to add custom questions in the game?
You can add your own questions. Cost SEK 3,000 for 3 questions / challenges.
What happens if it’s pouring rain?
If the weather is turning out to be too bad, we make sure you play indoors instead.
Can you give any example of tasks and challenges?
The tasks in our activities consist of questions, guesswork, puzzles as well as photo and video challenges.
In Around the world when the participants visit Italy for example, they are given questions about Italian culture, about football and a video challenge telling them that Italians are known for using a lot of hand gestures when they talk, and that now, it is up to the team to film when they have a conversation “in Italian”.
The Scavenger Hunt includes challenges connected to food & drink, sports, travel, culture, society and brainiac. A mix of mini-quizzes in each category + photo and video challenges encouraging the team to be a little more playful and creative.
An example of a photo challenge is to take a photo when the team recreates an optic illusion (they get tips and ideas in the app), or pose as in a famous painting. Video film when they record their own flight safety demonstration etc.
In the Spy Academy, there is a consistent spy theme. Here, the team can solve ciphers, be tested in attention and memory and perform photo and video challenges where they e.g. do something heroic or blend in with their environment.
How many participants can we be?
At least 4 people and up to 1,500 people.
How do we get access to all the media created during the activity?
You will receive a link with all the photos and videos that the participants created during the activity. These can be downloaded.
Please note that 14 days after your activity, all media is deleted from our servers.
