1.Before the activity
Participants in the office: Split the group into teams of approx. 5 people. Appoint one team captain per team who downloads our app.
Participants remote: Everyone downloads our app to their phone.
An energetic presentation of the activity is given by our host. We share a QR-code which gives the participants access to the game.
2. The remote participants are randomly split into teams of approx. 5 people and sent into virtual team rooms (breakout rooms). Alternatively, they are connected in teams together with participants in the office.
Time to play.
Our host makes sure everyone gets started and is available for support and encouragement throughout the activity.
3. When the game time is up, the participants gather again for a wrap-up.
Our host shows highlights from the activity and reveals the winning team.

We work in a hybrid set-up and wish to strengthen the team spirit. Do you have any tips for activities?
If you are looking for a playful activity to get to know one another better, Around the World and Pirate’s Cove are two favorites.
For trickier activities (like Escape Rooms) we recommend Code breaker or the Arctic Expediton.
If you like murder mysteries, Murder on the Train is an exciting activity.
How do we need to prepare ourselves?
You divide the participants who are physically on site into smaller teams of approx. 5 people. Appoint one team captain per team, who downloads our app to their phone. Participants join the presentation via video link (preferably together on a large screen, if possible)
Remote participants need to download our app on the phone and join the presentation via video link (they are divided into virtual teams during the activity).
During the presentation, participants gain access to the game by scanning a QR code via our app.
We’ll send you a pdf with instructions in advance.
Will we have a host during the entire activity?
Yes. You will have at least one host who is monitoring your progress and is responsible for your activity, from start to finish.
How does it work with the teams during a hybrid activity?
Usually you split the participants, on site, into teams yourselves, and appoint one captain per team. Remote participants are randomly split into teams in the video meeting.
If you want to mix the teams, with both remote and on site partcipants, we can help you with that.
Can we adjust the number of participants?
You can adjust the number of participants up to seven days before the activity.
We would like to test a demo of an activity. How do we do it?
It is possible to test a demo. Contact us and we will help you.
Can we do the activity in English?
Of course! All our activities are available in English. Let us know which language you prefer when you book.
How many participants can we be?
All our activities work from 4 up to 1500 people.
What do the remote participants need to take part of the activity?
They connect to the video meeting from a computer and download our app to their phone. Then our facilitator will take it from there.
We need to reschedule our activity, is it possible to change dates?
Yes, it’s possible. Contact us for assistance.
Can we pay by card?
Yes. We will then send a link to a secure payment, that accepts all payment cards, along with the invoice. We invoice with 30 days payment terms as standard.
What does the policy for cancellation and rebooking say?
Kostnadsfri avbokning kan göras fram till 21 dagar före eventet. Därefter debiteras 75% av beloppet.
Vid avbokning mindre än 7 dagar före eventet debiteras 100% av beloppet.
Justering av antal deltagare kan göras fram till 7 dagar före eventet.
