The Mingle Game

A social & easy-going activity that turns your mingle into a fun event.

In teams, participants will be challenged with short and fun questions on various themes. What you don’t know, maybe your colleague does.

The activity is very flexible and can be divided into two rounds, for example during the morning conference break and the afternoon mingle or dinner.

The Mingle Game enlivens the atmosphere and allows the participants to interact with each other in an easy and fun way.

How it works

On-Site Host

1. Start

Split the group into teams of approx. 5 people. Appoint one team captain per team who downloads our app.

An energetic presentation of the activity is given by our host.

We share a QR code that gives teams access to the game.

2. Play

Now that the teams are playing, they can stay in the same room or spread out to other areas.

The teams do as much as they can during the allotted time.

Our host is always available for support and encouragement.

3. Wrap-up

When the game time is up, the participants gather again for a wrap-up.

Our host shows highlights from the activity and reveals the winning team.

Remote Host

1. Start

Split the group into teams of approx. 5 people. Appoint one team captain per team who downloads our app.

An energetic presentation of the activity is given by our host via video meeting. If possible, show it on a big screen.

We share a QR code that gives teams access to the game.

2. Play

Now that the teams are playing, they can stay in the same room or spread out to other areas.

The teams do as much as they can during the allotted time.

Our host is always available for support and encouragement.

3. Wrap-up

When the game time is up, the participants gather again for a wrap-up.

Our host shows highlights from the activity and reveals the winning team.

Self-Managed

1. Start

Split the group into teams of approx. 5 people. Appoint one team captain per team who downloads our app.

The team captain scans the QR code we sent you and get access to the activity.

2. Play

Now that the teams are playing, they can stay in the same room or spread out to other areas.

The teams do as much as they can during the allotted time.

If a team needs support, there is a direct number for our support thru the app.

3. Wrap-up

When the game time is up, the participants gather again for a wrap-up.

The person who ordered the activity has got two links when booking.

One link to the scoreboard so you can reveal the winning team, and one to all photos and videos submitted during the activity.
